    for the Power Plant to act as a cooling agent, it also    
      provides a great place to get a way from it all.

    wildlife refuge and is run by the Missouri Dept of

    than usual in the winter providing other opportunities     
    when you normally couldn't.  A very quiet lake with     
    less traffic it provides something a little different
