History:
In the last 10 years, southeastern Missouri, has come to know the problem of the, Feral hog. Conservation and private land are being devastated by these voracious scavengers. With one sow (female) producing as high as 30 piglets per year, they (hogs) have greatly depleted food supplies for other wildlife due to the "rooting" or stripping of vegetation. Private land owners and conservation agencies are vigorously trying to control the situation but need help. (That's where we come in!)
Inspiration:
Spending summers as a child, hunting all of my life and recently working in the heart of this troubled area, I was introduced to my newest passion,Feral hog hunting! Trapping and hunting these mean,nasty,ornery critters is a lot of fun, For an added bonus, you can hunt all year round!
