Story

Iron and Reynolds Counties has some of the most beautiful sites in the state. Recently, We visited Elephant Rocks state park and the new Johnson Shutt-Ins state park museum. I would have to say that they did a really good job cleaning up the park after the Taum Sauk break in 2005. The black river is as beautiful as it ever was! Also we got to see the new Taum Sauk Resevoir from a distance. That in its self is an amazing site to see. I hope that Ameren one day will open it up to the public like they did in the past

The historic towns in Iron and Reynolds County seems very interesting. I found everything I needed about those places right here, great site.
